Start your Saturday with a walk, a little fresh air and an opportunity to learn about your health! Join Walk With a Doc for a free community walk at beautiful Lake Kittamaqundi.

Each walk begins with a brief health talk from a local healthcare provider, followed by a walk where participants can go at their own pace and distance.
