AT in the Transition Process

Join us as we explore options to ensure that every young adult has access to assistive technology (AT) when they leave high school. Evaluating for changes in AT needs, keeping AT, and/or funding new AT - it's never too early to start the planning process, no matter where you're going!

This session is for students, parents, teachers, providers, and administrators - anyone involved in the transition process.
