Description

The Change in Columbia Speaker Series returns, and we want to talk about what it means to be “healthy” in our community. Join us to explore how our concept of physical and mental wellness continues to shift and what we can all do to move toward the best version of ourselves.

Childcare (pre-registration required) and light snacks will be provided.

6-6:30pm – interactive session

6:30-8pm – panel discussion

You can also tune into the panel discussion virtually. Click here to register and participate via Zoom. We will begin an interactive session at 6pm with the panel discussion starting at 6:30pm. Please be aware that if you’re tuning in virtually, the official presentation will not start until 6:30pm. 

The panel will be moderated by Anika Baty-Mills, founder and publisher of Columbia Inspired Magazine. Panelists include:

·       Tavia Patusky, CA Wellness and Fitness Director

·       Tom Richards, Essential Community Resource Project

·       Reena Rambharat, Howard County Local Health Improvement Coalition Manager
