The Howard County Health Department is offering a FREE Opioid Overdose Response 

Program monthly virtual trainings. Participants will learn what opioids are, the impact of the

opioid epidemic on public health; signs of an overdose; how to respond to an opioid overdose

and how to administer Naloxone.
