Join this important Adult Mental Health First Aid Training and learn how to support adults experiencing mental health or substance use challenges.

⚠️ Pre-work must be completed before the training date.

Participants will learn how to:
✔️ Recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges
✔️ Respond to crises such as panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, or trauma
✔️ Support adults and connect them to professional help

👥 Who should attend?
Family members, caregivers, friends, teachers, school staff, coaches, HR professionals, managers, supervisors, first responders, healthcare and social service workers, faith leaders, and community volunteers.

🎓 Participants will receive a National Adult Mental Health First Aid Certification.
