The Howard County Health Department wants to hear directly from teen girls and young women about the health topics that matter most to you. Join us for the Young Women’s Health Focus Groups — a safe and supportive space to share your experiences, ideas, and challenges. ✨

Topics include:
💜 Mental health & stress management
💜 Relationships, self-confidence & self-care
💜 Finding trustworthy health information online
💜 Pregnancy, parenting & support for young families
💜 School, social pressures & everyday challenges
💜 Access to healthcare & community resources
