The Howard County Office of the Local Children’s Board invites you to join us for the Elkridge Community Café—a welcoming space to come together, share experiences, and discuss the needs, strengths, and opportunities within the Elkridge community.

This conversation is focused on identifying barriers, uplifting ideas, and working collectively toward solutions that better support our families and youth.
