🧠 You’re Invited: An Evening on Adolescent Mental Health

Join the Active Minds chapter at Long Reach High School for an important and inspiring evening focused on supporting adolescents as they transition into young adulthood.

We are honored to welcome Pablo Campos, a nationally recognized speaker with Active Minds, as our keynote presenter.

Following the keynote, Active Minds college students will share their experiences transitioning from high school to college and navigating mental health challenges.

After the panel discussion:
🔹 Students will participate in the interactive ASK Workshop (Acknowledge, Support, Keep-in-Touch)
🔹 Parents and caregivers will attend a session with college counseling professionals and representatives from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)

This evening will provide valuable insight, resources, and conversation for both students and families.
