Join OAI as we kick off Walktober with a fun and energizing morning at The Mall in Columbia! The event will feature:

Information table with resources on walking clubs, fitness programs, and other OAI services.

Complimentary coffee, water, and healthy snacks for attendees
Group walk around the mall beginning at 8:30 a.m.
