Join in as OAI kick's off Walktober with a fun and energizing morning at The Mall in Columbia! The event will feature:
- Information table with resources on walking clubs, fitness programs, and other OAI services
- Complimentary coffee, water, and healthy snacks for attendees
- Group walk around the mall beginning at 8:30 a.m.
This event is part of OAI’s mall walking sponsorship and broader efforts to promote healthy, active living during Walktober.
