Sunday Supper is a monthly meal and fellowship opportunity for adults living with mental illness in Howard County. The free meals are provided by community organizations.

Date: July 20, 2025 and continuing on the third Sunday of every month

Time: 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Location: Sheppard Pratt Way Station, 9030 MD-108, Suite A, Columbia, MD 21044

Participants are highly encouraged to sign up if attending, but required to sign up if transportation is needed, no later than the Wednesday before either at their day program location, through the website, or by calling the Nation Alliance on Mental Illness of Howard County (NAMI HC) office at 410-772-9300.
