Description: Hosted by Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center. This six-week self-management education workshop is for those living with or at risk for a chronic condition such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, obesity, depression, chronic pain, arthritis, lung disease and any other health concerns. Caregivers and support persons are welcome, however, they must also register for the course. Classes are available in Korean.
